The Guest Service Professional is responsible for many aspects of running the day to day. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to helping guests at the redemption counter, general customer service, cafe serving, monitoring safety on play floor, general cleaning, stocking, kitchen help, party assistance, party hosting, and more. Room for growth.

The Supervisor assists the Manager in many areas as well as directing the staff on day to day operations and tasks. The supervisor's responsibilities are but not limited to directing staff ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and running smoothly, inventory counts, redemption replenishing, party booking and confirming, cleaning, stocking, reports directly to manager and owner. Room for growth.

This position requires someone who is a people person and is passionate about bettering not only the customer's experience but the staff's as well. The Supervisor is someone who can handle a fast paced environment while keeping a steadily calm demeanor. Must give as well as receive direction very well.

The Manager is directly responsible for the operation of the facility. Responsibilities are but not limited to overseeing all administrative responsibilities, directing staff, shift scheduling, administrative duties, team building, ensuring that the facility is clean and running smoothly in all areas, party booking, party confirming, willing to go above and beyond as needed.
​
The Manager is someone who is a natural leader with the passion to help and coach others. Strong communication skills are required. The manager reports directly to the owner and must take and give direction extremely well. A team player with leadership qualities.
